Earrings — Final Sale All earring purchases are final sale and non-returnable. Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on earrings.

All Other Jewelry — 14-Day Returns We accept returns on all other jewelry items within 14 days of purchase, provided the following conditions are met:

  • Item is in its original condition with no signs of daily wear or tear
  • Item is returned in its original packaging
  • Proof of purchase is required

Items that show signs of wear, damage, or are missing original packaging will not be accepted for return.

The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged return packages. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Limited Edition & Limited Quantities All of our jewelry pieces are limited edition and available in limited quantities. Once a piece is sold out, it may not be restocked. We encourage you to shop early to secure your favorites.

Damaged or Defective Items We stand behind the quality of every piece. Each item is individually inspected and photographed before shipping to document its condition at the time of departure.

If your item arrives broken or defective, you must:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at empoderatuglam.com/pages/contact
  • Provide your order number and photos of the damaged item

Claims submitted after 48 hours of delivery will not be accepted.

If your claim is approved, we will replace the item at no additional cost to you. Replacements are subject to availability — due to our limited quantities, an exact replacement may not always be possible, in which case we will work with you on an alternative solution.

We are not responsible for:

  • Damage caused by improper use or wear
  • Lost or stolen packages after confirmed delivery
  • Claims submitted after the 48-hour window
